Holistic Therapy for Midlife Transitions, Relational Healing, and Recovery
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic therapy, I support high-functioning, growth-oriented adults in midlife who seek more than symptom relief — people who want to understand and shift relational patterns, navigate recovery and life transitions, and live with greater clarity, perspective, and the freedom to choose differently.

An Integrative and Holistic Immersion Retreat in Emotional Sobriety & The 12 Insights
Using the challenges of being human as opportunities for healing, wholeness, and a fulfilling life.
My work as a therapist reflects the many ways I have been shaped and supported by my own life.
I have long been curious about how people navigate difficult seasons — how we make sense of pain, uncertainty, and the moments when life unfolds differently than we expected. Along the way, I was fortunate to work with therapists and mentors whose steady presence and encouragement changed the trajectory of my life. Their example showed me what becomes possible when someone truly listens and believes in our capacity to heal.
Being a therapist is a calling for me. My work is rooted in Internal Family Systems, somatic and body-based practices, spirituality, 12-step recovery principles, and emotional sobriety — approaches that have shaped both my professional path and my personal growth.
Over time, I came to understand that there is often more beneath what brings people to therapy. What appears as symptoms, relational conflict, or midlife dissatisfaction frequently reflects deeper layers — unintegrated experiences, unmet needs, or parts of ourselves that have been hurt, burdened, or silenced. Beneath our protective patterns lives the core of who we are.
In a culture that often prioritizes productivity and distraction, therapy can become a return home — to a place of greater presence, clarity, and grounded awareness.
As someone navigating midlife myself — parenting, relationships, and life’s ongoing questions — I am human too. I’ve learned that insight alone rarely creates lasting change. Real transformation often begins when we gently turn toward the inner experiences we once avoided, bringing curiosity and compassion to our own inner world.
I believe deeply in our capacity to heal and to live meaningful lives, even when life unfolds differently than we hoped. I consider myself a therapist who is in the boat with you — committed to my own inner work while walking alongside others.
This work is not simply what I do.
It is how I live.

Who I work best with?
I support people from many walks of life, but I work best with those who are drawn to an integrative, holistic, and spiritual approach.
The people who feel most aligned working with me are often:
- Curious about what it means to be human from a spiritual perspective.
- Exploring disconnection or uncertainty, and discovering how suffering can open a door to healing and growth.
- Ready to transform your challenges into the next stage of your psychological and emotional maturity.
My Philosophy
Every challenge is an invitation to grow, heal, and return to who you truly are.
Therapy is both a space to understand the past and a path forward in how you wish to live today. It offers room to be with the difficulties of life while discovering new ways of relating to yourself and others. The process can be gentle and reflective, practical and direct—always with the intention of helping you reconnect with your authentic self.
Practical Benefits of Working With Me
