I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS)–Certified Therapist with extensive training in somatic yoga therapy, psycho-spiritual meditation, process addiction recovery, and emotional sobriety.
I see myself as a companion on your journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation. My work blends heartfelt support with a structured, practical, real-life approach, helping you reconnect with your innate wisdom and move forward with clarity and confidence.
