I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Certified Therapist with extensive training in Somatic Yoga Therapy, Psycho Spiritual Meditation, Process Addiction Recovery, and Emotional Sobriety.
I consider myself a companion on this journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation. My work blends heartfelt support with a structured, evidence-based approach, helping you connect with your innate wisdom and essence.
