Destination retreats include somatic yoga (slow, gentle & breath centric movements), meditation, Yoga Nidra, and reflection. There is also time to connect with nature as a part of the retreat whether that be hiking, swimming or sky or star gazing. During retreats, there is also time to reflect with quiet meditations to inquire within. These retreats are an invitation to move at a pace that feels like a natural rhythm to you.

Mini Retreats

The intention of Mini Retreats are to have extended time for practices that contribute to long lasting well-being, peace, and happiness. Mini Retreats draw on healing wisdom that will lead you towards your innate wholeness, peace, and compassion. They are a time to restore, rest, and nourish yourself as well as learn self-care practices to live daily life with understanding and ease. Gentle somatic yoga movements, guided reflections, Yoga Nidra, breathing and relaxation as well as the integration of Internal Family Systems are incorporated into this lovely time. Your mind, body, and heart will be delighted!
