Destination retreats include somatic yoga (slow, gentle & breath centric movements), meditation, Yoga Nidra, and reflection. There is also time to connect with nature as a part of the retreat whether that be hiking, swimming or sky or star gazing. During retreats, there is also time to reflect with quiet meditations to inquire within. These retreats are an invitation to move at a pace that feels like a natural rhythm to you.
Friends, sisters, mothers and daughters, couples, and those who travel alone all come for a variety of reasons. Everyone is welcome.
