The intention of Mini Retreats is to offer extended time for practices that nurture long-lasting well-being, peace, and happiness. These retreats draw on healing wisdom to guide you back toward your innate wholeness, compassion, and ease.
Each retreat weaves together:
- Gentle somatic yoga movements
- Guided reflections and journaling
- Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)
- Breathing and mindfulness practices
- Integration of Internal Family Systems (IFS)
These Mini Retreats are 2-3 hours and are close to home!

About Carly
In addition to being a psychotherapist and Certified in Internal Family Systems , I am also a trained Somatic Yoga and Meditation Teacher. For over 20 years, I have been immersed in mindfulness meditation and psycho-spiritual inquiry, both personally and professionally. For more than 15 years, I have led yoga retreats throughout the world.
I am continually inspired by how movement, breath, nature, and reflection connect us to our spirit. My hope is that when we feel rooted in our Self, life naturally becomes a reflection of our essence.
