Together, we will explore your goals, aspirations, and needs for therapy, with the intention of helping you live a peaceful, authentic, and joyful life. My approach honors your past while also focusing on cultivating emotional maturity, independence, and conscious choices that shape your well-being and relationships. Sometimes soft compassion is called for, and other times a fierce compassion is needed to help us grow beyond old patterns and predicaments.

Mindfulness & Body-Based Practices

 

Therapy with me often includes pausing during conversation to notice the felt experience in your body. By bringing awareness to sensations, stillness, and what arises in the present moment, you learn to relate to your experience rather than bypass discomfort. This practice opens a rich dialogue about what lies beneath the surface and how you’ve learned to be with yourself as a human being.

Many of our emotional reactions feel normal or even justified, yet they often began in childhood and continue unconsciously into adulthood. Drawing on the work of Dr. Allen Berger, PhD, I integrate the principles of emotional sobriety—a foundation for freedom, joy, and peace.
