Everyone is welcome. People join retreats for many different reasons—some are new to yoga and want an immersive introduction, while others have been practicing for years and return for the depth and community of retreat experiences.
Each retreat has a unique theme, allowing you to choose the one that feels most aligned for you. No matter your background, these retreats are an invitation to step away from the demands of daily life and return home to yourself.
In the past, we’ve traveled to Bali, Greece, Mexico, and Costa Rica. While I don’t currently have retreats scheduled, new opportunities are on the horizon.

About Carly
In addition to being a psychotherapist and Certified in Internal Family Systems , I am also a trained Somatic Yoga and Meditation Teacher. For over 20 years, I have been immersed in mindfulness meditation and psycho-spiritual inquiry, both personally and professionally. For more than 15 years, I have led yoga retreats throughout the world.
I am continually inspired by how movement, breath, nature, and reflection connect us to our spirit. My hope is that when we feel rooted in our Self, life naturally becomes a reflection of our essence.
