Retreat Intentions
These retreats are primarily experiential—restorative, nourishing, contemplative, and a true gift to yourself. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required; all practices are adaptable. IFS experience is required.
About Carly
In addition to being a psychotherapist and Certified in Internal Family Systems , I am also a trained Somatic Yoga and Meditation Teacher. For over 20 years, I have been immersed in mindfulness meditation and psycho-spiritual inquiry, both personally and professionally. For more than 15 years, I have led yoga retreats throughout the world.
I am continually inspired by how movement, breath, nature, and reflection connect us to our spirit. My hope is that when we feel rooted in our Self, life naturally becomes a reflection of our essence.
