Personalized Approach
We work together to discuss your goals, aspirations, and needs for therapy to help you live a peaceful, authentic, and joyful life. I blend Internal Family Systems, Healing Our Core Issues, Relational Life Therapy, EMDR and Somatic and nervous system practices.
Mindfulness and Body-Based
This means that often when you are sharing a story or explaining a challenging situation, I will invite you to pause and notice the ‘felt’ experience in your body, ask you to notice what arises in quiet and stillness and what it feels like to be with your present experience. This opens up a rich dialogue about what is occurring beneath the surface.
